For the purposes of the Terms of Use outlined below James Rawson is an artist base in the United Kingdom, who offers a service to purchase goods, confirm orders and supply products and organise the delivery of said goods upon finalisation of payment.

Any orders placed by you must be placed in accordance with these conditions.

This website may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the website and any transactions conducted on or through the website.

All prices shown on the James Rawson website are in Pound Sterling (£GPB)

The dimensions of artwork and framing listed are an excellent guide to the physical dimensions of the finished artwork and framing, however, as hard as we endeavour to provide 100% accurate dimensions they may differ slightly as some of our artworks are made by hand, and our frames are also made by hand.

We have done our best to display colours of products accurately on the James Rawson's website, however the colour of the artworks may vary to what is displayed due to a wide range of factors such as different monitor calibration and computer hardware.

All sales are final, unless the product arrives damaged. In this instance you should James Rawson immediately. For your personal documentation, we suggest that you take photos of any damaged artwork. Artworks must be returned to James Rawson in their original condition. All postage costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post. You as the buyer assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. We recommend you take out postal registration with your shipping or postal carrier. James Rawson will not be responsible for artwork lost or damaged in transit.

All orders are shipped via registered post, regardless of the value of your order. 

Depending on the size of the artwork and quantity of your order, artworks are shipped rolled in tissue paper in a registered postage tube, or packed flat in a NO BEND envelope.

Delivery of framed artwork will be via courier and will be packaged, bubble-wrapped and boxed to ensure safe transit.

Refunds will only be applicable where James Rawson is deemed to not be in accordance of the Terms of Use set out on this page. A refund will be issued at the sole discretion of James Rawson. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email immediately of receiving your order. 

Copyright is retained by the James Rawson. Any unauthorised reproduction of artwork will result in legal action.
